Ideally you are a person with different set of skills spans marketing, sales, and market research. You will be part of a start-up that aim to disrupt the market of Recruitment. Your responsibilities will include: • As a CEO you are expected to take the leading role by managing business and the team • Keep our customers and partners engaged through social media platforms. • Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new clients. • Monitor customer feedback and communicate it with team members to improve our product • Development of marketing campaigns for our service • Managing finances and fundraising effort till we have enough resources for hiring employees
Requirements
- You are a person with entrepreneurial mindset
- You have good experience with development of marketing strategies and the use of digital marketing tools
- Excellent Communicator with strong analytical, and research skills
- Positive and Can-Do Attitude
- Professional proficiency in English language
- Ability to create a pipeline, develop a sales plan, follow up and report sales progress
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies plus some years of experience as business development specialist is an asset
- Experience with CRM software
